INSURANCE + PAYMENT
Modern Dermatology accepts Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, ConnectiCare, Coventry, Harvard Pilgrim, Medicare, MultiPlan and United/Oxford insurance plans. We are happy to file your insurance claim for those services covered by your plan.
If required by your insurance plan, you are responsible for obtaining any referrals or pre-authorizations associated with your appointment.
Payment for co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance and all non-covered services is required at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.
